In the month of -, Enhanced Recovery suddenly reported a so called debt on my credit report and never sent me anything prior to reporting giving me the right to dispute the account before reporting it. As soon as the account showed up, I immediately sent a letter requesting validation of this supposed debt and I sent the letter certified. The letter was mailed in - and still to this date, I 've yet to receive a response but the account remains on my credit profile.
