I - - am being pressured by a number of collection agencies that state they have a right to an administrative garnishment against my wages. Administrative garnishments can only be procured by the United States Government, period. My student loans are privately owned, and these private debt collectors are disguising themselves as collectors of federal debts that are private only. I have been harassed at my work and home with threatening phone calls, all in violation of my rights with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I demand to know what entities own my student loan debts. I DEMAND A CEASE & DESIST ON ALL COMMUNICATIONS OUTSIDE OF WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE!!! I DEMAND A COMPLETE FORENSICS REVIEW ON THE CHAIN OF OWNERSHIP OF MY STUDENT LOANS!!! I DEMAND A FULL REVIEW OF E-ISTING STUDENT LOANS FOR A CONSIDERATION OF CONSOLIDATION!!! There must be a court order on any private debt, which would require a summons and complaint and an actual judgment. That is the actual protocol with my student loan situation.
