Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
This is about a problem with a credit card company. I live in -, my son lives in -. He is an authorized user on my credit card, which I provided him for emergencies. But because we live in different places, every time he tries to use it - that is, during emergencies such as car problems - the credit card company declines the charge. Even though he is an authorized user. I have called the company, even to alert them to charges, and the card is still declined. I 'm willing to do whatever I can to provide my son this safety net, but the credit card company makes this impossible. What is a father to do?
