Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I lost my job while I was in college and stopped paying on my Wells Fargo Credit Card. Once I found a stable job I called them to set up a payment arrangement that would end in the derogatory account being deleted from my credit report. I did this same process with another company that also agreed to delete the account but didnt. So, I set up this payment arrangement and paid for 6 months, Fast forward 4 months to now, they have acknowledged that I owe no more money on this debt, however it is still reflected on my Credit Report. It is super frustrating that months later after they took my money that they have drug their feet on rectifying the situation on my end. I am very unhappy since it was me who initiated this agreement only for it to not be honored on their end.
