We got an estimate for drapes from JCPenney in - - - area. We were told by the sales rep that if we opened and put the purchase on a JCPenney credit card that the purchase would be Same As Cash for 1 year. However when billed the account is accruing interest. I called JC Penney and they told me that the sales rep has to call them and code the - option. I emailed the rep and she called back and said she would contact JCPenney but Synchrony bank is still charging a finance charge.
