Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Wells Fargo received a $300.00 payment towards an existing credit card account on -/-/16 and then misplaced the funds. They did not credit my account and subsequently charged me a late fee and additional interest on the the account. I have confirmed with my paying bank that the funds were received by Wells Fargo and they refuse to credit my account the funds received. I have contacted them three times by phone and I continually get no resolution. This is theft my my funds.
