Can not reach a human who will help. Automated numbers are disconnected or are circular redirections to intentionally frustrate. The recording instructs you to write to them by mail and disconnects you completely rather than redirecting to other options. Found a number and reached a human who told me I had to pay to receive my credit report ( illegal ).
