I visited my doctor at - for my regular checkup and as suggested did lab work at doctor 's office. This lab work is sent to - labs for study. The - related expenses are dealt by insurance and doctor 's office. The - labs should have Forwarded the insurance bill to my insurance company and any thing from there should have been dealt by my Insurance and Doctor 's office. Instead they kept sending to me which i thought was already taken care by Insurance. They moved this amount to collections impacting my credit very bady and without my knowledge. When i got to know about this i did call up - on several occasions and each time they misguided me and said Doctor 's office is responsible. This continued long when i brought this to my Doctor 's office they said to deal with -. Only when i narrated this incident to my Doctor then the doctor 's office found out that mistake was from -. I want correct reporting back of my Credit score and also would like to register a complaint against - and their practices in billing matters
