After receiving my credit card statement I had noticed a charge on there for a - in Illinois. Since I have not left New York in years and no one has used my card except for me I was very confused by the charge. I had called Synchrony Bank ( Toys R Us Credit Card ) they had said they would investigate. I later received a letter in the mail stating that I must have traveled to Illinois and used my card there as there was a signature used with it and that it was not fraud?!? I also separately received a letter letting me know that my card number was probably leaked at - and to be on the look out for fraudulent charges!!! In fact - had called my son around the same time telling him that his entire - card was cloned including the microchips on it! And the last place he had used it was the - - - and -, same as me! I called back into synchronicity bank where they proceeded to call me a liar that I must have traveled hundreds of miles or that someone I know must have. This is complete -. I then had to have my son help me call back and with his help they reopened the case. But yet again I got another letter calling me a liar that I somehow drove - of miles to Illinois to visit a -. This company is a complete piece of -! They claim to have fraud protection when they are a bunch of bullies calling me, a - year old woman who needs to use - a liar. I plan on writing to the -, - and - news about this horrible credit card company if this is not resolved!
