I am enrolled in Barclaycard hardship program for account ending in -, a - set up payment plan which includes a payment due on - in the amount of -, which has posted and processed. Payments in the amount of - are due on and scheduled for the - of the month. However, the payment amount due is - on - and a late fee was charged on - in the amount of -. Under terms of the program interest rate is supposed to be adjust as well as late fees waived. It appears this was not done.
