Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Called Cashcall to inform them that there will be no funds available in my checking acct. I was transferred to a department who made an arrangement to have funds withdrawn on -/-/16. I was emailed a letter to confirm my arrangements. My account was drafted on -/-/16. Called Cashcall requesting a funds reversal for their breach in arrangement. Manager was not willing to help. I honor my monthly payments and always comply and they were not willing to help me.
