Two issues : First, I have received a letter from Sunrise Credit Services , Inc. regarding a balance due to -. I called this agency to tell them - should not be charging me anything due to their own errors, and the representative - - - - hung up on me. Second, - is a very bad product because their representatives can not access information and provide assistance without keeping you on hold for long periods of time. In our case, we were moving and - could not provide us with the same service we had at our previous location so we were changing providers upon our arrival at our new home. - disconnected our service prematurely, and when I found out, they established a totally new account in order to reconnect us. I called several times with information and requests for assistance regarding our account and the errors that had occurred, but the attempts were always futile. If we owe - anything, which I do not believe we do, they should write it off because their company and their representatives could not fix the problems they created themselves.
