I do not know Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Texas

I did not recieve 30 day notice to dispute the debt and the balance date of the debt is stated - 2001. That makes the debt 15 years old so should have never been put on my credit report. Since I never received a disclosure I ca n't figure out what they claim the debt is for.
