U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
i have a credit card with Fidelity. I had a purchase that I disputed back in - 2016 to - - - - - -. Fidelity moved the credit cards to Fidelity Rewards VISA. Since the disupute started with - - I faxed all requested documentation to - - -. FIDELITY REWARD VISA stated they never received my dispute from - - -. So, I faxed all documentation to them in -/-/-. I called in -/-/- and they said they still had not received my fax. So, I faxed it to FIDELITY REWARDS VISA AGAIN!!! So, at this point i have faxed all requested documentation to this company. Today I noticed they reversed my disputed amount of $1100.00. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor in the disuputes department. I spoke with - employee id -. She refused to give me her last name. I have faxed this information 3 times. Please assist me in this disupute.
