Banana Republic ( Synchrony Bank ) ran my credit four ( 4 ) times -/-/2015 for a department store card I opened. The dates the Transunion reports were run are : -/-/2015, -/-/2015, -/-/2015, and -/-/2015. My credit is monitored by -, and they facilitated a call between myself and Banana Republic. In the call, I specifically asked why my credit report was run four times for - department store card. They said they do not know and would send a letter. The - representative told me privately that it looked like - accounts were open in my name, even though I had only requested - account. I had also requested in 2015 that my Banana Republic card be cancelled, by calling a store representative.
