Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease Massachusetts
Did not sign for loan and my name was listed on the account. I called and was told that Wells Fargo could not do anything about it. The loan was for home improvement that my husband opened. My signature was not given. I had to pay off the loan of $7000.00 so that my credit would not ne harmed.
