Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Iowa

I am writing to see about filing a formal complaint about Wells Fargo Dealer Services. The contact number I have for them is -. I had an issue today with having a vehicle repossessed. I had someone here with - - - - hooking up my van to be towed away. At the same time I was talking on the phone with a representative from Wells Fargo Dealer Services and trying to get things figured out with them and removing my personal items from the vehicle. Well talking with the Representative from Wells Fargo on the phone he informed me that I need to listen to the repo men because one of them is in Law Enforcement as a deputy. I asked which one was the deputy and they both said they were not. So I informed the representative on the phone that and he said that then one of them is a reserve officer and threaten me with that. I asked these men and they both denied that. Finally the one man said he formally was in law enforcement but has since retired when he started working this job. The rep on the phone was trying to threaten me with the fact the these men were in law enforcement when they are not and was reminding me he did not say that and everything was being recorded on his end. I felt very threatened today by the representative from Wells Fargo and to tell me there was a Law Enforcement Official standing in front of me to intimidate me that was false has upset me the fraudulently misrepresented the repo team as Law Enforcement.
