Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I filed a complaint with Barclay Card and FreedomPop and I am coming back. There is inaccurate disclosures from BarclayCard and FreedomPop. Charge was $280.00. FreedomPop agreed to refund $260.00 and Barclay will cover the $16.00. Freedom pop responded with only $250.00 within 5 business days. I also never pre-authorized FreedomPop to charge my card again, they just have my credit card info for the first charge. Any mediation, arbitration, dispute with merchant should be done with myself and the merchant only ... and Barclay should stay out of it. I went through bankruptcy once and I want to stay in control of my expenses. I attach my - account with their set up ... all pre-authorized charge, recurring, non recurring ... so the consumer can manage it ... not the credit card provider.
