U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Closing/Cancelling account New York
Account was closed without notice and for no reason. I have not used the card for about 2 months and they suddenly just closed all my - credit cards and the points associated with it. I have over - - points on my account. They can not advertise their rewards program and simply close your account once you 've accumulated a decent amount of points. Total bait and switch.Contacted - and refuse to disclose any reason as to why.
