Wells Fargo & Company Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
I am - and on social security - and trying to correct errors on my credit reports. In - 2011 my son passed away in a very tragic circumstance, Afterwards I lost my employment due to military -, I was forced to voluntarily reposses my recreational vehicle, Wells Fargo Dealer Services accepted vehicle and the repo agent stated under law I would be notified of any sale time and place. I was never notified of the sale of the vehicle, I also believe Wells Fargo violated the law as the sale of the vehicle was not commercially reasonable, therefore any deficiency is illegal, Wells Fargo needs to remove this account from all my credit reports immediately as they have violated repossession state law and The Fair Credit Reporting Act.
