Closing/Cancelling account Utah
I got a consolidation loan from my credit - - - -. They submitted a payment for $3800.00 which was an overpayment of $29.00. I received the refund check, but account not closed. Phoned three times, wrote and chatted two times recently. Still have n't closed, saying it needs to stay open for two credit cycles. Now they have charged $3.00 on cash advances! I wo n't pay it. - when check was overnighted, requested account to be closed!
