Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wisconsin

I was and still unemployed on -/-/2016 with unemployment income. Took out a loan with the Cash Store in -, WI on -/-/2016 in the amount of $290.00 with an interest rate of 519.98 % $540.00 in finance charges.They have been blowing my phone up at least 2 or 3 times a week 3 times in a row. I have not attempted to pay back due to the ridiculous high finance interest rate and I ran out of unemployment income before the loan contract ends what can I do.
