The call my phone 100 times a day. My boyfriend and I went through a financial hardship at the beginning of the year and we are trying to take the proper steps to resolve this debt. They continuously call and say we need a payment today card or routing number. I tell everyone that we 'll pay on line there is no need to call. They talk over me and continue to ask for payment. I tell them when we have the money it will be paid. The say they 're sending it to collections I tell them okay send it. I rather talk to them not you guys.
