Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement North Carolina
- reversed a ligitimate payment on my Barclays credit card on -/-/- totaling $2100.00. This payment was authorized by my husband - - on -/-/- after receiving an insurance settlement. We were married and living in the same household on -. - committed adultry and abandoned me financially and i filed for legal separation on -/-/-. My atty. advised me to change my locks, garage doors and security system codes due to I owned the home. I have contacted Barclays on three occassions- customer service, fraud department and customer relations and nothing has been done to help me in this situation. I am wanting Barclays to take this reversal off my account and absorbed by their bad debt reserve or take action against - and bring my balance back under my credit limit. I can not afford to pay this or affect my credit score negatively. I have a text message from - - stating that he was well aware of the payment made to this card.
