III ) Items delivered were : 1 ) Incorrect 2 ) Used not New 3 ) damaged. IV ) Contacted Sales personal - - and Store Manager - - at store - location ; Refused to correct. Stating Corporate Office must correct.


VI ) Receiving No assistance from - store, Corporate Office and Warehouse REFUSING TO PICK UP ITEMS. VII ) Within the - - - - day period I voided contract /Invoice listed above on - -, 2016. 1 ) Wrong items 2 ) Used Items 3 ) damaged Items 4 ) OVERCHARGED - ( - ) different Credit Cards. VIII ) The - ( - ) forms of payment stated on contract /Invoice 1 ) I was totally UNAWARE that I was opening a NEW CONN 's Credit Card thru Conn 's /Synchrony Bank Financial where ( U.S. Dollars ) $2000.00 was charged 2 ) - Credit Card ; - - - where $170.00 was charged. I- ) I contacted Conn 's Credit Card /Synchrony Bank Financial-I was told CREDIT WOULD BE ISSUED. As of today 's date -/-/2016 NO CREDIT ISSUED. - ) I contacted - - - Credit Card as soon as I saw it on Contract/Invoice. -I ) **SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES*** to be noted : On the date I went to - Store -, - -, 2016, - It is my belief that Sales personal - - and Store Managemnt, - - used my medical circumstances in " Bad Faith '' to gain Personal Financial Gain. -II ) It is my belief that CONN 's has no intention of " GOOD FAITH '' to correct.
