Amex Credit card department,
I have/had a credit card with American Express for a long time. They bill me using my email address. They changed something and the bills went into my trash and I did not see them. After two month they called about the bill and I paid the bill at the same time they wanted a additional - dollars for me t to keep the credit card when they are offering the same card for free. I declined the - dollar fee and elected to discontinue. I had many years of points ( which are like money ) which after - or - customer service representatives telling me I could get them finally said I could not get them because I was behind in my payments which was their fault. What can I do to get my points?
