I lost my job -/-/- and being over - and a - veteran, I have n't found a job. When my unemployment ran out, I could n't make the $1100.00 monthly mortgage payment to Wells Fargo ( WF ). I tried working with them to do a modification. I even did a three month trial of $550.00 a month -/-/-. The month I receive a tax refund I paid $700.00 to show good faith. I have been through - preservation specialists since no one at WF can read. In -/-/- WF finally sent me a set of modification paperwork. The property description on the paperwork is wrong. I have the mortgage with WF on the house and - acres. At the time the VA would n't loan on more than - acres. The other - acres have a lien on them by another bank. I have tried continuously to help WF correct the property description. The county assessors office does n't care about my having - parcel descriptions. Since it is one contiguous piece of land that is what they tax. One day I sent - copies to every fax number I could find for WF. I have tried to


and the interest rate keeps changing. My legal counsel advised not to sign paperwork with the wrong description. In - - - - and I telephonically discussed the fact that my modification has been in process for over 2 years. I explained to him that I have completely cooperated in trying to correct the description and that I should n't be punished for WF 's inability to do there job. He agreed and the loan should be based on the - - amounts. When I spoke to him two weeks later he said that I would have to pay the whole amount to bring the 'loan current '. I then switched to doing everything by email. My preservation specialists continues to call and wo n't answer my emails In the meantime while all of this has been going on my credit score has gone from the high - 's to - and lower. I have a 13 % car loan. I have been paying higher interest and had credit limits lowered or accounts closed out because of WF 's stupidity. On Thursday - -, - they sent me modification papers with the whole amount ( $150000.00 ) included with a first payment date of - -, -. WF was starting me out 60 days behind and a payment equal to what I was paying when I was working. I could n't pay the original payment when I lost my job and I cant pay that amount now. I even suggested WF combine both mortgages then WF will have right and title to the whole - acres and the money I am paying monthly for the second mortgage could go towards the payment. As a side fact, my house has been listed on - and I have people coming it up wanting to 'view ' it. I am constantly being threatened with foreclosure. This has been going on for three years and I am on the edge.
