Refused to send verification of debt via mail after I repeatedly asked and told them I have not received anything through the mail in over a year. Debt collector then told me I was lying and told me not to waste his time so he could move on to someone who actually wanted to pay their bills. Refused to let me speak and laughed at me when I started getting frustrated.
