This matter arises out of a dispute sent to - - on - -, - at - - - in -, NH -. ( See : Attachments ) - - failed to reply to my - request and upon dispute transferred the debt to Delta Management Associates. ( See : CFPB Complaints # - and # - ) Upon the CFPB complaints Delta Management Associates then transferred the debt to - - who is attempting to collect the same debt that has yet to be validated by - - and/or Delta Management Associates. In response Delta Management Associates in complaint - I specifically stated my opposition to Delta Management Associates that I did not authorization and/or consent to the release, transferring, selling, intrusion, data sharing, etc., of my private and/or personal identifiable information. I requested that any and all file ( s ), contract ( s ) and or information containing the name " - - '', address, email address, phone records, social security number, credit card information, phone number ( s ), etc. in any variation, spelling or derivative is to be DELETED from Delta Management Associates records. The company has dishonored my request. I also opposed to the
other services that are affiliated with Delta Management Associates. - - and the aforementioned companies have violated - - et seq. in attempts to collect a debt by using false, abusive, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of a debt ; attempted to extort payment with false litigation threats, false garnishment threats, threatening to enter a judgment also in violation of Section 807 ( 5 ) of the FDCPA, - ; - - are " debt collector ( s ) '' engaging in deceptive and abusive practices that violate the FDCPA. In -, the " FDCPA was enacted as a broad remedial statute designed to 'eliminate abusive debt collection practices by debt collectors, to insure that those " debt collectors '' who refrain from using abusive debt collection practices are not competitively disadvantaged.
