Trying to re-finance mortgage and found - judgments against me. Already completed the complaint with other judgment. This one just says GE Money Bank and they filed with County Clerk for $5500.00 and when I got a hold of the law firm handling it, - said that it 's really $7000.00. I do n't know what this is for. I was divorced in - and this is dated from before that time ( they filed in - but the debt is from years before ) I was also never notified that a judgment was filed.
