Amex Credit card department,
I obtained an American Express Platinum Card that had a bonus of - points after spending $3000.00 in 3 months. I completed the spending and received the - points. However, American Express has frozen the points on my account and it has been close to 2 months since my points have been frozen without any notification as to when they will be unfrozen.
