On -/-/16 I placed a call to the Agency In an attempt to request validation & verification on said Debt that they allege I owe. I requested the Agent to provide to me their Business License in the state of Massachusetts and I was instructed to 'contact ' the 'District Attorney '. The Agent placed me on an extended hold in an attempt to get me to hang up.
