In - -, I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from - -, - -, Virginia. The purchase price was approximately $10000.00. The loan was 60 months at 7-8 % interest. My car payments, according to the dealership, were supposed to be $ -/month. In - -, - - attempted to take approximately $450.00 from my - - - - without my permission. I contacted the dealership, and they told me the car payment was in fact $470.00 per month. I told them I did n't want to do business with them, as that was not the agreed upon price. They took the car back ( travelled to North Carolina and got it ), and told me I was free and clear. In - -, I received a notice of an involuntary allotment from my command by Security National Automotive Acceptance Corp. This was the first time I learned of any legal action against me, as all paperwork for somehow sent to my home of record, despite the dealership and finance company having my address in North Carolina. The judgment against me was for $10000.00 at an interest rate of 20.15 %. SNAAC 's attorney, - -, told me that they should have mailed me at my NC address or through my -. The judicial decree ordered me to pay the full amount, plus attorneys fees for SNAAC. Further, I have been receiving notices from SNAAC that I have been applying for loans, and those loans are being rejected. However, I have not applied for any loans.
