Bank of America Credit card department,
On -/-/2016 I closed the Bank of America - credit card account ending in -. An annual fee of $75.00 was assessed to that credit card account on -/-/16. Upon closing the account, I was informed that the annual fee could not be refunded. I then requested a partial refund since the fee covers usage of the card for the next 12 months and aforementioned credit card account had been closed. Bank of America refused to provide a pro-rated, or partial refund of the annual fee.
