Due to the transfer of the Fidelity Rewards credit card from - - - - - - - ) to Elan Financial Services, I was no longer able to access my account online and retrieve my online statements and pay the bill. - no longer had records of my account and I had trouble logging into Elan Financial Services. I had a past due amount of $9.00, but a late fee of $10.00 was imposed instead, which violates the CARD Act amount of the late fee equaling minimum payment due ( which would have been $9.00, not $10.00 ).
