Closing/Cancelling account California
In - 2016 - - sent an email to renew my subscription. I replied to say NO. They charged the money to my US Bank credit card anyway. I called US Bank for more than an hour and a half, no one answered the phone. I called - -, they agreed to pay back the money, but refused to pay back immediately.
