I applied on line in -/-/- Looking for a lower interest rate or 0 % for a few months it asking would want to do a balance transfer if I was approved. So I gave the information. It said I had been approved but never said the interest rate. Or anything else. I got kicked out of my home. So I never got the credit card to activate or decline the card. A month later the did the balance transfer without my permission. I called spoke to a supervisor names -.Told him I did not want the card because the interest rate was w a y to high. He apoligisted said he would take care of the problem He said he would close the account and I would owe nothing. Now it 's showing on my credit report months later.
