I have always had a good credit, until I 've had issues with Banana Republic credit card. There has been issues with BR reporting to - credit reporting agencies without my knowledge. I 've been delinquent on my account, the reason being is I set up an automatic payment, but for some reason it did not work. I have n't checked my account in several months assuming automatic payment would be posted each month. Since the payment did not post due to the failure of automatic payment, BR reported my delinquency without contacting me first to resolve the issue. Once I found out about the issue I immediately made a full payment on my account and do n't have any outstanding charges.
