Amex Credit card department,
I contacted American Express credit, customer service and fraud. They kept transferring me in a loop back and forth. I sent a letter to American express and still no resolution. My husband - - added me as an authorized user over a year ago. Last month I changed my name and they reported that name change as a new account. I would like to request assistance in removing this new account from affecting my credit negatively in any way.
