Barclays PLC Credit card department,
Delinquent account North Carolina
An account held with Barclays Bank Delaware is currently reporting to the CRAs. The information furnished is grossly inaccurate. A number of direct disputes were made with both the CRAs and the Creditor. The responses have been off topic. At present, it seems as though Barclays Bank DE is in violation of the Furnisher Rule 660.4 ( a ) ( e ). A dispute exists in regards to the terms, high balance, payment dates, closure date, incorrect account number, and others. This information affects my creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, and lifestyle. Asked of Barclays what that the tradeline be updated or deleted. The dispute made was not found to be frivolous or irrelevant.
