Taking/threatening an illegal action Seized/Attempted to seize property Florida

Lost my job, Veros credit seized the car, sold at an auction. For eight months they are charging me as if I still possed the car. Reporting each month to my credit report. I receives threathing calls from them daily. They also threatens to send letters to my employer.
