Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have a complaint about synchrony bank who took over the walmart and sams club credit cards accts. Have not used either card in 3 months or more yet my statement balance still reads over the card limit when i 've been paying at least a small amount over what the payment is. Its been showing that more then - going to interest and not showing a drop under the credit limit amount. My own bank - - just recently had to refund back to my card with them over payment money. I think was due to an audit. Doesnt the gov. do audits on these banks to check for discrepancys in peoples accts. I would like to request this matter be looked into. Thank you - - - -
