Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have disputing incorrect information that is reporting to the credit reporting agency 's. qvc is trying to collect a debt from me in the amount of $380.00 which I paid this account off in full. This account was sold to - who I also contacted to advise them that I do not owe this debt. I received a letter today from syncrony bank/qvc stating they have received my prior complaint to the fcra and advising me that they no longer have this account as it has been sold to - and if I disagree I have 20 days to respond. I wrote a - page letter back to them stating that I do not owe this money and should have never been sent to collection. I also requested to please correct there records and remove this incorrect information off my credit reports as it is causing a negative impact on my credit report and score. I see that a cc was sent to the fcra as well so I am responding as well to the fcra. I have been dealing with this for month 's now and am very upset that they are telling me it is reporting correctly. There records are wrong. I still to this day do not understand how they tell me I was to make my payments to the qcard and not directly to qvc. Well I made the payments directly to qvc. I put the account number on the card in my banking information and made the payments directly from my bank account to qvc. Then they go and sell this company over to -? Now I am having an issue with - as they want $250.00. I refuse to pay $250.00 for something I do not owe.
