I went to the TD bank ATM located on - - in - Connecticut this morning around -. I proceeded to withdraw $300.00 from the atm. The atm stated on screen there were " technical difficulties '' and it gave me my card back, no money, but the funds were deducted from my account. We were going to book our wedding venue and this was a huge burden. I was told to fill out paperwork and " may '' get my money back. Please note that this happened a few years ago for $200.00, i filed the correct paperwork and they did not return my money. I found out that there were at least - other people today that this happened to at the same location thru our towns - page. They should have said the ATM was out of order at that point. This has been a ongoing problem with TD bank and they are robbing their customers
