I received an email from a man called - - who works for a debt collection company called True Accord. True Accord is located at - - -, CA -. The message claimed that I had purchased a product called - from a company called - -, a skincare company. I had no knowledge of - or the product. ON searching the internet I found out that - - is a skin care company. I also discovered that the product I was supposed to have bought was a supplement designed to build muscles! I absolutely refute that I purchased any product and especially - called - In - years I have never failed to pay a debt and I have always paid on time. I am puzzled as to how - - came by my information and how it convinced True Accord that I owed them a debt.
