U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have a Fidelity Reward credit card. Recently they change the servicer from - - - to US Bank. But they did such a bad job in conversion. I did not receive the notice but receive my new card ( a Visa card, used to be - - ). Then I update my account number with the new number and send the -/-/- payment ( $2100.00 ) through my online checking account. After 2 weeks, this payment was not posted into my account. Then I called them and was told the conversion. They did not receive my payment since I used the new card number but sent to the old address. I did not know the conversion happened in the first place. How would I know the new payment address? I called the original servicer, - - -, new servicer, US Bank, and my online bank. Nobody is responsible for this mess. I lost my $2100.00!!!
