On -/-/- at approximately - - I called Ditech regarding a credit alert I received from - Credit Monitoring, provided through the Fed Govt, regarding a past due payment of 120 days or - or more payments that had posted on - -, -. The - email was sent to me on - -, -. On -/-/- I noticed a credit score on my - - had dropped from - down to about - which was confusing and concerning so I got on my computer to recheck the CSID email that showed the alert from Ditech - When I called Ditech I spoke to - and explained that what I had found on - and that I did n't know who or what Ditech was, - informed me they were previously Green Tree. After pulling up account info they had under my name it had reflected a prior loan that I had with them which was sold back in - - which I had done a short sale on. - had never seen this issue before and put me on hold to ask a supervisor about it. When - returned she informed me that Green Tree /
this was noticing my credit score drop on my - - - then told me that because this was something unusual that she was going to email my information up her chain to a supervisor so they can get it resolved and make sure my credit has not been negatively impacted. I provided - my phone number and she stated that I should be getting a call back within 7 days with everything resolved. I checked back with Ditech 7 days later and was informed that - had sent my case to the wrong department and it was kicked back sitting idle with nothing being done to resolve the issue. The Ditech representative assured me that she would forward it to the correct department for resolution, I am still wating for a response. On -/-/- I contacted - and they informed me that Ditech showed me as having - accounts, - of which was closed back in - - with no outstanding balance and the second account showing active with a balance of $140000.00 and being 180 days late in payment as of - and - of -. - stated that the second account did show the same loan amount as the first account and stated it looked as if Ditech resubmitted the first account again. I submitted a dispute with - - and -.
