This is a follow up from a complaint against US Bank from - -, 2016. I went in to the local office on - -, 2016 to close the account. I spoke with the Vice President - -. - - had no idea how to close the account and spent 90 minutes on the phone with her corporate office to try and figure it out. She stated a check would be cut to me that day and mailed. Today is - -, 2016 and I have not received a check. She has not responded to an email on - -, 2016 or a phone call today.
