Bank of America Credit card department,
I have a Bank of America ( BOA ) credit card. I enrolled in BOA 's " e-Bills Automatic/Reccuring payments '' which automatically " Delivers the payment on the due date. '' The most recent payment due date was - -, 2016. I received confirmation that " The payment of $250.00 will be delivered by -/-/2016 with confirmation number [ ... ] ''. BOA then processed my payment on - -, 2016, stating " This payment was transmitted electronically to Bank of America Credit Card on -/-/2016. '' However, BOA did not actually withdraw funds from my checking account until - -, 2016. As a result, BOA charged me a Late Payment Fee of $25.00.
