Called bank to get acct info.employee- - read off routing number very fast she was about to hang up I said wait ca n't I read the numbers back? I read the numbers back. She said that 's not what I told you. She read the numbers off again. Then hung up. I called back. Asked if I could have my acct #. She said no I would have to come in. I told her I just got out of the hospital could n't I be asked my personal info that no one knows but me? she told me no and hung up again. I get out of my sickbed, go to the bank and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said I am the supervisor. I explained that she was very rude on the phone to me. She started smirking at me like this was a joke. I asked her do you think this funny? why are you smiling this is not funny. There was another teller there she saw the whole thing. This is not professional and I will not be treated in this manner. As soon as I am well I will be closing my acct. And family members that bank there are going to do the same to support me
